The Town of Rangely has business and industrial sites available in its Cedar Ridges Industrial Park. Land costs are minimal, and utilities and streets are already in place.

Rangely staff assistance is available for site planning, development review and fast-track permitting and project approval. The Town will also landscape in the public right-of-way subject to a maintenance agreement executed by the developer.
