| EDUCATION DESCRIPTION |
| Colorado Northwestern Community College is a publicly supported two-year institution that was established in 1960. It has two campuses, one in Rangely and one in Craig plus three outreach centers in Meeker, Oak Creek and Hayden. The Craig campus serves approximately 1,100 students at various sites throughout the community. A majority of the students are non-traditional students seeking to upgrade job skills and to complete an associate degree.
Colorado Northwestern Community College offers an Associate of Arts Degree and an Associate of Science Degree in the following areas: English/Speech, Mathematics, Science, Social and Behavioral Science, and Humanities. In addition, CNCC offers Associate of Applied Science degrees and Certificates of Completion in the following occupational programs: Aviation Maintenance technology, Aviation Technology, Business Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Dental Hygiene, Geographic Information Systems, Land Reclamation, Network Associate, Paralegal Studies, Small Business Management, Cosmetology , and in the near future will offer a comprehensive Associates Degree in Nursing.
