Cloman Industrial Park, developed by the Archuleta Economic Development Association, is located 1/2 miles off CR 600 (Piedra Rd.). The Park is one mile from the current Archuleta County Airport/Stevens Field terminal. When the new terminal is built, the Park will be less than 1/2 mile away from it.

The Park currently offers 14 lots, and will eventually have 31 lots. All feature 3-phase power, sewer, natural gas and telephone. Lots range from .47 to 1.52 acres in size and from $32,500 to $77,000 in price.
